Relaxation and Restoration With a Clinical Focus

I began my massage therapy career in 2011 after graduating from A New Beginning School of Massage in Killeen, Texas. Early in my practice, I offered outcall services and quickly developed specialized skills in deep tissue massage and pain management. Many of my clients were active-duty soldiers from Fort Hood (now Fort Cavazos), commonly experiencing low back and neck pain from repetitive use of heavy gear and intense physical training.

In 2014, I relocated to Reno, Nevada, where I completed an additional 750 hours of massage education and worked in a spa setting until 2020. During this time, I discovered a deep passion for helping clients improve their range of motion. I worked with individuals managing conditions such as arthritis, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, keloid scarring, and chronic injuries. By integrating positional techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and therapeutic stretching, I supported many clients on their healing journeys and became deeply committed to enhancing mobility and daily function.

In 2020, I transitioned into private practice, which allowed me to further refine my focus and expand beyond the limitations of spa protocols. After sustaining injuries in a serious car accident in 2021 and going through my own recovery, I became even more dedicated to helping others improve their quality of life, manage pain, and maintain range of motion and structural integrity.

To support this mission, I pursued advanced continuing education, including the Hesch Sacroiliac Joint techniques and Dr. Jeffrey Hawley’s Medical Massage Therapy program. These trainings deepened my understanding of functional anatomy and equipped me with effective strategies for addressing complex musculoskeletal conditions.

In 2023, I returned to my hometown in Tuolumne County, California, bringing with me over a decade of experience and a strong clinical foundation. My approach remains rooted in anatomy-based, therapeutic massage designed to improve function, reduce pain, and empower clients in their wellness journey.

Looking ahead, I plan to develop custom treatment protocols for common pain patterns and musculoskeletal conditions. These will include targeted massage techniques, ergonomic recommendations, and supportive exercises to enhance client self-care at home.
